EXPERIENCE
Charting
Charting is a 2-day deepening for professionals. This is more than training - it's an exploration. A journey through your own grief landscape to discover what this gives you as a professional. Because before you can guide others in their depths, you need to know where your own strength lies.
We start with you.

Your grief landscape is unique. Your role in the field too
Your own grief experience forms the foundation of who you are as a guide. In Charting you explore this personal depth and discover how this strengthens your professional power. Then we broaden the view. What is your role within the entire field of grief care? Where do you see opportunities? What's still missing? And especially: what is your unique contribution to this landscape? Charting brings clarity. About your own process, your professional identity, and the direction in which you want to develop your work. It's the foundation for authentic leadership in grief guidance. Over je eigen proces, je professionele identiteit, en de richting waarin je je werk wilt ontwikkelen. Het is het fundament voor authentiek leiderschap in rouwbegeleiding.
For professionals who want to discover and deploy their unique strength.

This is for you if you recognize yourself in this
The Process
These 2 days are about taking depth - and for that, free space is needed. We approach this group process together, where each individual has their unique role in the field. There's deliberately no fixed program, only open space in which we navigate together. It's different from what you're used to. No map exists of this territory - we're going to chart it, map it out. This requires surrender and the willingness to dare receive the new.
Taking Depth
Focus on stillness and rest. Changing the physical state to receiving, based on safety and permission. Here we create the foundation for what's to come.
Receiving and Witnessing
In the depths we stay together. How does your grief move through your body? What does this do to you? Space for connection and witnessing each other. What wants to be seen from the unseen?
Extractie medicijn
We knead what you've retrieved from the depths into your unique contribution. What do you have to bring to the grief field? Where do you feel urgency to breathe life into your work?
