The Throne

A 3-hour ceremony where you fully face your grief. For too long, your grief has been diminished and your sadness pushed away. Now, you reclaim your full presence. On your throne, you experience grief in its fullness. All emotions are finally allowed to come home.

Ervaar je rouw vanaf je troon. Daar waar het thuishoort, in de diepte en in het NU.

Te lang heb je jezelf aangepast. Te lang heb je je geëxcuseerd voor je verdriet. Nu is het tijd om je leiderschap te claimen en je rouw terug te nemen van al die plekken waar je het hebt weggegeven. Deze ceremonie brengt je rouw thuis. Je stapt volledig in de ervaring van jouw verlies, iets wat essentieel is, omdat je zoveel hebt weggestopt en onderdrukt. Je voelt het in je lichaam: die constante onderstroom die altijd op de achtergrond sluimert.

Op je troon zie je je rouw in haar volheid. Alle emoties die je hebt omzeild, schaamte, schuld en verdriet krijgen hier hun bestaansrecht terug. Ze mogen er zijn. Ze mogen gezien en gevoeld worden. Wanneer je rouw thuiskomt, ervaar je diepe rust. De energie die je hebt gebruikt om alles te onderdrukken valt weg, en ontspanning neemt haar plaats in. Een ontspanning die je voelt in de diepste lagen van je zijn. Je verzacht naar jezelf en je omgeving.

  • A 3-hour ceremony where we open to your grief. With gentle breathwork, somatic exercises, trance, and meditation to reach deeper layers. Cacao is optional
  • A safe space to experience all the emotions you’ve avoided and to reclaim your agency
  • Feeling through emotions - discovering what your grief is really about
  • Closing integration with light lunch to let everything settle
  • Personal anchor as reminder of your ceremony and journal for your continued journey
