TERMS AND CONDITIONS CEREMONIFY<\/h1><\/div>

Susanne Dikken – Grief Counseling & Ceremonial Services<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>

1. SERVICES<\/h2><\/div>

Ceremonify provides professional guidance for grief and transition processes through:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  •       <\/span> Individual grief counseling and coaching<\/span><\/li>\n
  •       <\/span> Ceremonial programs (including The Throne, UNRAVEL, The Passage)<\/span><\/li>\n
  •       <\/span> Group sessions (UnWind Group Sessions)<\/span><\/li>\n
  •       <\/span> Online coaching sessions<\/span><\/li>\n
  •       <\/span> Meditations and breathwork<\/span><\/li>\n
  •       <\/span> Rituals and ceremonies<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    2. PAYMENT<\/h2><\/div>
      \n
    • Payment must be made within the specified period indicated on the invoice<\/li>\n
    • Administrative costs of \u20ac25 will be charged for overdue payments<\/li>\n
    • Programs are paid in full in advance, unless otherwise agreed<\/li>\n
    • Group sessions are paid in advance per block of sessions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

      3. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES<\/h2><\/div>

      Session changes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Administrative costs of \u20ac25 will be charged for changes to previously scheduled appointments that have already been entered in the calendar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Cancellation policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Cancellation up to 72 hours before appointment: no charges<\/li>\n
        • Cancellation within 72 hours before appointment: no refund possible<\/li>\n
        • In case of client illness, one free rescheduling is allowed<\/li>\n
        • No-shows will be charged the full amount<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

          4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER<\/h2><\/div>

          I am not a doctor, psychiatrist, or psychologist. I do not make medical diagnoses, prescribe medications, or provide medical services. All guidance is based on recognized methods within grief counseling, ceremonial work, and coaching.<\/p>\n

          Grief counseling and ceremonies do not replace medical care. As a client, you remain responsible for your own physical and mental health at all times. During intake, medical history will be discussed as it may influence the guidance process.<\/p>\n

            5. SUITABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY<\/h2><\/div>

            My services are not suitable for individuals with<\/p>\n

              \n
            • Acute psychological complaints<\/li>\n
            • Psychosis or schizophrenia<\/li>\n
            • Severe depression<\/li>\n
            • Suicidal thoughts<\/li>\n
            • Active addiction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              When in doubt about suitability, written consent from a treating physician may be requested. A stable foundation and personal responsibility are requirements for collaboration.<\/p>\n<\/div>

              6. 6. RESULTS AND GUARANTEES<\/span><\/h2><\/div>

              No form of guidance offers guarantees. Everyone responds differently to guidance, just as with medication. I can only guarantee that I will do my utmost to help every client. Results also depend on the client's motivation and commitment.<\/p>\n<\/div>

              7. 7. DISPUTES AND LIABILITY<\/span><\/h2><\/div>

              In case of dissatisfaction with the methods used, recourse is not possible, provided the services have been delivered methodically and correctly. Results achieved depend on both the service provider's efforts and the client's motivation and dedication. Liability is limited to the amount of the paid service. Ceremonify is not liable for indirect damages.<\/p>\n<\/div>

              8. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/span><\/h2><\/div>

              All materials, programs, meditations, and methodologies of Ceremonify are the intellectual property of Susanne Dikken. Use, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is not permitted.<\/p>\n<\/div>

              9. 9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)<\/span><\/h2><\/div>

              Data collection:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              • We only collect personal data necessary for our service delivery<\/li>\n
              • This includes: name, contact details, medical information relevant to guidance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Use of data:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                • Data is used exclusively for providing our services<\/li>\n
                • We do not share data with third parties without your consent<\/li>\n
                • Data is stored securely and protected against unauthorized access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Your rights:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  • You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data<\/li>\n
                  • You can object to the processing of your data<\/li>\n
                  • You can withdraw your consent for data processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Retention period:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    • Data is retained for a maximum of 7 years after service completion<\/li>\n
                    • Medical information is retained according to legal requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

                      10. CONFIDENTIALITY<\/h2><\/div>

                      All information shared during sessions is treated strictly confidentially. Exceptions apply only in cases of:<\/p>\n

                      • Acute danger to yourself or others<\/li>\n
                      • Legal obligation to report<\/li>\n
                      • Written consent from the client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

                        11. ACCEPTANCE<\/h2><\/div>

                        Making an appointment or participating in Ceremonify services means automatic acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

                          12. 12. APPLICABLE LAW<\/span><\/h2><\/div>

                          These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
