And with that, everything begins to move. What has been suppressed for so long by the discomfort of the outside world finds here a place of deep connection. First you rediscover your inner alignment with yourself. From that solid foundation you can weave yourself back into the world around you. Embodied Work<\/h3><\/div>Ceremonify works from an embodied approach \u2013 we approach grief from what your body experiences in the moment. Drawing from my physiotherapy experience and perspective on the physical body, I seek where openings lie within your grief. From a safe foundation we descend deeper into feelings that are often suppressed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Applied Techniques<\/h3><\/div>We use breathwork to connect you directly with your body, hypnosis woven into meditations for deep relaxation, and movement that helps release held tension. Together we create space for withheld emotions and break through old patterns that hold you back. Everything at your pace, from safety and trust.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Energetic & Transformative Work<\/h3><\/div>Energetic movements form the underlying current of all Ceremonify processes. This can mean that deceased loved ones present themselves, that old family pain surfaces, or that feelings of guilt and shame ask for transformation. Letting go happens in natural layers \u2013 each layer in its own time.
